The name ‘Under His Wings’ comes from the Bible verse Psalm 91:4; He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you will find refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.
The verse compares the Lord’s protection as that of a mother eagle over her chicks. Similarly, the Lord covers us with his wings.
Under His Wings covers the state of West Virginia, but we operate out of the Raleigh County region.
Under His Wings has hopes to speak at schools, churches, healthcare facilities, and set up at community events to provide information on sex trafficking in our state. Events will be posted on the calendar as they are scheduled. To schedule a speaker, contact us directly.
